Connected Communications (“we,” “us”) operates connectedcommunications.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, how you heard about us and your message. If you apply for a position through our Careers page, we collect the details you choose to submit with your application. If you email or call us, we receive the information you share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website. They receive only the information needed to perform their service:
- WP Engine hosts the website.
- Brevo delivers the emails generated when you submit a form.
- Google reCAPTCHA helps block spam on our forms. It collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts display our office map and the site’s typefaces. Your browser connects to Google to load them.
Our website links to our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps may set cookies of their own to provide their services and prevent abuse. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features, such as the contact form, may not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries and application materials only as long as needed to respond, provide our services, or meet legal and business record-keeping requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Nevada residents may also submit a request that we not sell their covered information; although we do not sell personal information, we will record and honor any such request. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
